Eco-Tourism at it's Best
From the scenic and awe-inspiring Hudson to the Great Swamp in Patterson, you'll find so many things to do outside.
Swim, boat, or go camping. Excellent birding opportunities abound in our National, State and Town Parks. Yes, it's true, the Appalachian Trail, a nationally-designated park walk, runs right through our County. But our other nature trails also abound, and our preserves, and our ancient ponds, streams and lakes.
In Putnam County, it's easy to find nature in all its glory!
